Account is pending or not active

 

For each account created in our system, an "activation email" is sent to the email address associated with the account.  Before a user can log in, they must click on the activation link to activate the account and set a permanent password.  Until the activation link is clicked, the account will remain pending.

 

The email is sent from "noreply-njvs@moesc.org".  Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not see it in your inbox.  If you still cannot locate the email, please submit a support ticket so we can address the issue.
