Error Message: It appears that a user account has already been created with the same first name, last name and email address

This error can occur if there is another student OR guardian record with the first name, last name or email address which match what you are entering into the the application now.  

To check if you or the guardian already has an account, please go to and click FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD, enter the email address and click REQUEST.  If you receive an email, this means you have an account and you should use the existing account to create a new application for this semester.
